Ingredients 6 thick cut pork chops 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon seasoning salt 2 egg, beaten
¼ cup all-purpose flour 2 cups Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup ½ cup milk ⅓ cup white wine
Directions Compile every component. Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Garlic powder and seasoning salt are used to season pork chops. Beaten eggs should be put in a small basin. Coat both sides of the pork chops with a little flour coating, dunk them in beaten egg, and then press them into bread crumbs.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded pork chops and cook for approximately five minutes on each side, or until golden brown; then, transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for one hour in a preheated oven. In the meantime, thoroughly blend the condensed soup, milk, and white wine in a medium-sized bowl.
Drizzle the soup mixture onto the chops. Put the foil back on and bake for a further half hour.
